WHAT IS SOTOL
Sotol (Dasylirion wheeleri) is a plant from the Mexican Northern region. Like Tequila, Sotol is a variety o Mezcal
Each plant is wild harvested with delicacy and transferred from the extraction to the factory.
Our current process involves Native ancient techniques for selection, inspection and harvesting.
Sotol comes from the Nahuatl word tzotolin which means palm with long, thin leaves. While the plant grows in Mexico and the southwestern United States, the drink comes only from northern Mexico.
